THe bag is great! It fits my super heavy, 15.5" by 11" laptop, with lots of room. And the seams look secure and unstressed by the weight, which is saying a lot! The strap is comfortable. Shipping (though "Priority Mail") took longer than expected. One of the reflectors was not secured properly and popped off the buckle. Overall, I'd give a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
